Just as before there is a possibility to make your own personalized meditation setting. Just go to Timed Sessions and slide to the very right. Tap edit and you can set the interval of the bells, choose the length of your meditation and if there should be an introductory guiding or not. As a new feature you can also add soothing nature sounds as a background for your meditation.
